Over seven restorative days in Zanzibar, you’ll step away from the noise of everyday life and gently uncover the survival patterns — the four Fs, fight, flight, freeze, and fawn — that keep your nervous system on high alert, frozen in inertia or a painful cycle between the two.

Our qualified massage therapist applies therapeutic massage techniques targeting stress-related conditions, chronic pain, injury recovery, muscle dysfunction, and postural problems.

Homeopathy: Subtle Support for Deep Healing
A group session with a homeopath who will introduce this holistic healing approach, established in the 18th century. Homeopathy is a system of alternative medicine used safely by over 200 million people worldwide. It works by using diluted natural substances to stimulate the body’s own ability to heal.
Homeopaths recognise the deep connection between mind, body and spirit, understanding that emotional imbalances—such as stress, anxiety, or grief—can often show up as physical symptoms. By addressing emotional issues at their root, homeopathy supports gentle and effective healing on both emotional and physical levels.

A three-story tower houses a peaceful coffee lounge and a rooftop terrace with breathtaking sunset views over the wild bush. This beautiful space with its muted colours, is also used for workshops, movement classes, or quiet reflection.
